Welcome to the pages of Minutes a Day™, a series of pages dedicated to bringing you free information on a range of simple techniques that could improve well-being, health and happiness. Each can be carried out in just minutes a day.

How many minutes in a day are there? There are 1440 minutes in each day [24 x 60 = 1,440]. The techniques of 'minutes a day' should only take a few 3 or 4 of them each day! Can you set aside just that much time for yourself?

We recommend you begin by picking any one of these techniques from the available list, and start to make it part of your daily or weekly routine. Then, as you find it easier and more natural to do so, start to add additional techniques (whichever you are drawn to the most).
